The Fergus Fall Fair is gearing up again and seeking volunteers willing to help make the 174th Annual event another great success!!!  The fair takes place Friday Sept 17th, Saturday Sept 18th, and Sunday Sept 19th, 2010 at the Centre Wellington Community Sportsplex.
 
There are various positions and tasks to be done including garbage detail first thing of the day and again in the afternoon; moving gates, crowd control; monitoring of farm animals in the sheds or tent; moving tables, chairs, and picnic tables where needed; as well as many others tasks that come about.  We appreciate people of all ages and it is a great opportunity for those with community hours to complete for high school or any other program.
 
Times of need for volunteers include setting up the main hall on Tues evening (Sept 15th) beginning at 7 pm, Friday afternoon (times to be provided to those with availability), and most importantly on Saturday and Sunday for shifts between 7:30am and 5:30pm.  We can be flexible with work schedules and your availability.  You can also have some time to enjoy the Fair while you are on the grounds.
